Progress Reports: Student progress reports were emailed this past weekend for all live classes. If a class does not appear on the report, it means a grade has not yet been entered. Grades are expected to be entered within the next six weeks.

The portal can be accessed on a computer or through the mobile app. The Absent Request is located at the bottom of your home pate or on the menu under ‘More’. ⇒ Infinite Campus
Infinite Campus is the platform used to access your student’s school information. It allows you to view class schedules, grades, attendance, submit absence requests, receive school notifications, and more. To stay up to date with your student’s school activity, we highly recommend using this tool. Infinite Campus can be accessed on both computers and mobile devices.
- Students: If you are having trouble logging in, please see Kelly Brinker in the Assistant Principals’ office.
- Parents: If you are unable to log in, a password reset option is available on the login screen. For additional help, please call the school office and we will assist you with accessing your account.
⇒ SmartPass
SmartPass replaces traditional hall passes, helping to minimize classroom disruptions and allowing teachers to remain focused on instruction. This electronic system enables students to request passes for the restroom, nurse visits, or appointments, and also allows staff to call students out of class. We encourage students to keep their SmartPass open on their Chromebook during class.
All students in the hallway during class must have an active SmartPass, and hall monitors will be checking throughout the building to ensure compliance.
⇒ Standard Reference Grading
Standards Referenced Grading (SRG) is the grading system being used at SEP High School. All courses have identified priority standards within the Infinite Campus gradebook. Teachers will collect artifacts for each standard to determine each students’ level of proficiency. Learn more about the SRG grading system.
